After Senda Verde down in the humid valley, we decided to take enjoy an overnight stay in Coroico.

Here we enjoyed stunning views of the Yungas mountains from the comfort of hammocks and a private terrace.

A beautiful place to recharge and recover after some heavy and unexplained bouts of altitude sickness. Both of us have needed to come to terms with the constant changes in altitude over the last few weeks, with mixed success.

All worth it to wake up in places like this.
